What is Event Childcare?

We are childcare specialized in the Wedding, Special Event, and Corporate industry. We are mobilized and provide a convenient form of childcare to attendees! We provide all necessary equipment and care for children for the duration of an event.

How are Play Care Providers Chosen?

We chose our Play Care Providers (PCP'S) through a trusted network of education centers, or require extensive vetting for new hire PCP's.

What Skills and Certifications do your PCP's have?
All PCP's contracted through PLAY.ISH LLC have professional experience, completed our orientation, background and reference checks and have a genuine passion working with children!

What Ages do you service for Event Childcare?
We take a standard age range of 2-12 years old. We also take care of children 0-24 months with proper notice (requires more staff for ratio) We also allow older kids 13-16 to hang out in our kid areas (free of charge if they'd like) as a Play Care Helper.

How do you keep children safe?

Are #1 priority is saftey. We use a secure check in/out system, allow only adults allocated and authorized to pick up kids from our space (this is completed during the consultation call, and discussing details of the event), wristbands, allergy ids, and name tags. As well as our amazing providers who keep the environment safe.

Do you provide in-home or private childcare?

No, Not at this time. We uniquely provide childcare for events only of multiple children, of multiple families at a time. On the bright side you may inquire for Hotel Childcare!

How much does your Onsite Event Childcare cost?

Our pricing cost vary based on the number of children and their ages, amount of staff needed , and length of an event (hrs needed). Apart of your total balance will be a standard 250$ service fee which covers (calls, mobility, venue visit, planning, technology and equipment).
